NAR Diversity Reimbursement Grant
Diversity and Inclusion Reimbursement grants are designed to assist state and local REALTOR® Associations in their efforts to support, strengthen, and collaborate with local chapters of national multicultural real estate organizations. These grants also aim to expand homeownership opportunities, increase diversity within association leadership, and facilitate planning and discussion activities addressing racial disparities within communities.
Starting in 2025, the Fair Housing grant can be used to support eligible expenses to conduct NAR’s At Home With Diversity class. This change ensures support option alignment with NAR’s new Fair Housing/Anti-Bias Training requirements for all members.
It is important to note that Diversity and Inclusion grants are distinct from Fair Housing grants. The latter supports state and local REALTOR® Associations' initiatives that create or enhance systems, programs, and policies to uphold fair housing laws and reinforce REALTORS® commitment to providing equal professional services to all individuals.
